He is offering maps and saying he is wanting to negotiate deals with people interested! I feel that this should be brought to your attention? If I am wrong please tell me???

You are not wrong. We are experienced in spotting these guys but are instructed by the boss to leave these postings with our comments and warnings. It demonstrates the moderators' commitment to keeping the members from falling for a scam of some kind.
You're right. He's one of the folks we warn others about here. Oh, we catch flack from the scammers but that's expected. We're cutting into their income stream.

I know this is an old post but I happened to notice the conversation here... What in the world is this forum any good for if making contacts or finding partners to complete treasure projects with is not allowed? How is this guy soliciting people? He's simply offering his assistance with treasure projects. Jeeeeez, what a bunch of petty losers. No wonder the forum is dying.
I guess you guys would rather just sit around and chat about treasure, rather than actually pursuing anything. Good luck with that
