Manila Exploration (Norman Haynes aka MECO) "Atomic Scan' or "Atomic Scam"

GUESS WHO:
What do you think, is Manila Exploration (Norman Haynes aka MECO)  the "Atomic Scan" or the "Atomic Scam"? I've heard everything from "Stealthing Agents" to "Neuter Balls" designed 65 years ago by the Japanese to thwart a "technology" that did not yet exist, to convince investors to invest, or to convince existing investors to contribute more. Word is that at least $20 million has been invested to date. Does this make sense to you?

This is interesting. A question about legitimacy in a forum centered around a controversial treasure    :-\

I hope they do recover, and I'm sure all their investors agree.

Christian:
Norman Hayes has been around for a very long time and never found anything to my knowledge. Instead I have heared he only left unpayed bills behind - that's been the rumours.

That was interesting. From the web site

One of the better known books "Gold Warriors"s was written by Sterling & Peggy Seagrave, Western investigative journalists, one of which grew up in Asia. This book is earth-shattering and faith-shaking, a well-documented tale of deceit at the highest levels of the US government. So controversial and potentially explosive are the findings of this book, to wit, that the White House recovered most of the Nazi and Japanese loot and created a secret slush fund for covert political operations world-wide, that the authors go the extra mile and offer, at a nominal price, two CD-ROMS containing 60,000 pages of supporting documentation including the Japanese treasure maps used by the US to recover the gold and other valuables.

They say their self that the U S recovered the treasure so why all the digging with no recovery to date.
