metal cup

We found a metal cup while continue digging at the same site where we found the medallion. The item was coated with thick asphalt and when we clean it, it turns out to be a metal CUP. Its color is yellow with some engrave decorations look to be flowers. I really dont know what kind of item it is. If anybody can give me an idea about this item, I will appreciate it very much. This is the picture.
