Dear Maxout,
From the lists of sites I have given to me by an old Japanese soldier, the Trinidad Valley is mentioned on this list.
I dowsed this area some time ago and found a gold aura there. This area has natural gold deposits and still has buried Japanese buried loot. I would suggest looking at the area 0.4 to 0.5 miles north of Quirino Hill. Verify yourself is this was indeed a large Japanese camp.
History:
In 1942, Japanese soldiers occupied La Trinidad, Benguet. The Japanese were in the province for 3 years in great numbers.
On The 3rd of May 1945, The Filipino soldiers of the 2nd, 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th and 16th Infantry Division of the Philippine Commonwealth Army, 1st Infantry Regiment of the Philippine Constabulary, and the 66th Infantry Regiment of the United States Armed Forces in the Philippines - Northern Luzon or USAFIP-NL liberated La Trinidad.
Hope this helps
