hello everyone i have this saiyaysa metal ball and it hasn't been opened yet, i saw a lot of post that when you opened it you will see a green stone cut into a diamond shape,  i just want to know if these thing has a value or what?

my freind her in the philippines...have a saiyaysa black ball looks like a bowling ball... they 3 star and serial number...if you  intersted about the black ball pls call... ronnie
