Digging without knowing the exact location of the treasure is an expensive process! I have access to a scanner that can pinpoint the treasure. Nothing to pay initially. You just share 10% to the owner after the treasure has been retrieved. You have to sign a contract. The scanner can penetrate 30 meters from the ground and show the contents, quantity and depth.
