It appears to be nothing more than plant and insect erosion of a natural rock. Sorry. Not treasure sign.

 The rock seems to have an unusual pattere. Im not sure if id go with insect erosion theory, but not rule it ou to entirely. 
 Lorencio , can you send a picture of the turtle ? Sounds interesting Smiley
