It wieghs 8kgs. What are the following test should i do to identify if its platinum or not?

Put it in a watertank where you can measure the amount of displaced water. See this up against platinum specific weight (21,3 kg pr dm3)

look's like you found a bunch of scrap iron ,,the 1 pic on top is a anvil used by  a blacksmith anyway it is not platinum

Do a heat test Melting point 3224 deg. F , or 1773 Deg. C , Like I said it migth be a counter weight. Definitely 999.999% not platinum.

Or It might have come from a WSMC vessel of:
