my friend found a concrete slab measuring 4ft x4ft x 8 ft in dept buried under the ground. the wall is around 6in" thick.,broke the wall and found dark used oil inside.he and 2 men took out the oil using pails and collected around 2 drums( 300 plus liters). they stopped digging afraid of something might be in there could be hazardous to their health.Is it possible to have a treasure inside that hole? what could be the use of oil in keeping treasures? By the way, I'm from the Philippines.
