What metal detector is able to locate metal at more than 50 feet depth? There is no such thing as a treasure scanner ... just keep on doing and you might get out on the other side of the planet one day ....

Why should anybody bother to help when all you have is a big hole???

Rudzville,
I suggest that you stop digginf now, and find someone who has relevant knowledge in reading marks. Treasure hunting is not just about digging. Reading the signs is more important and if you just dig even if there are markers, you won't have good chances of finding the treasure. There is no such thing as a treasure scanner, all there is are metal detectors, GPRs, and other equipment. That's the trouble when you dig whenever the signs are. It doesn't automatically mean that the markers indicate that the treasure is in that specific site. Go look for someone who could interpret the signs for you. your 50ft deep hole is already very deep.

I think I would call myself an expert as I have obviosuly more knowledge on these things as others do or at least I am realistic.

First of all this whole marker affair is bogus. Yes there are treasure markers and yes it is not impossible a Japanese dude has used a marker for remembering a treasure site. However it is bogus to assume that the markers themselves get buried and one needs to dig them up now.

Moreover people seem to forget that most markers used in treasure hunting are natural ones such as a big rock, an old tree etc. A school building or a church can be markers as they are unlike to disappear.

Also it is bogus to assume that any treasure is buried any deeper than maybe 2 m at max.

Last but not least it is bogus to believe there is anything like a long distane (!) treasure (!) locator.

Goldfish has said it all: Get a good PI machine and if it beeps then dig. Good luck!
