We have at least two people from the PI Playing the game of I'm new help me.   The guy uses the same langue's.  Same Words, Same Stance and is the  Same guy. Word or Word.
Keeps coming back month after Month doing the same chit.

I think they come up with this stuff because they want to impress others so they can feel important,

300 metric Tons would do a lot of damage to the Gold Markets etc that That government would suffer in the drop in Gold Prices Lowering the Local Value,
