Guys,

I have just been told that the Philippine Govt. Has declared that Foriengers will not be allowed to hunt for treasure anymore, in the PI only native Filipinos.
If this is true has the President released a presidential decree regarding this matter?
Can anyone shine a light on this matter?
Is this true??
Best Regards,

Golden Eagle

Hunting with scanner on public land or reservations is restricted or needs govt permit, along private properties you have to get concent of the owner or buy the property if you are sure there is some thing burried there. If it needs excavation or tunnelling then govt permition is needed from the DENR, Dept of Environment and Natural Resources or make the hunting legal by putting up a company.

you know that law is easy to understand...the govt has no gold and the country needs gold for the economy..but the dark plot is would you trust the govt. if you told them you have a gold in your site? certainly not and NEVER do that they will kill you.. foreigners must be kept secret in financing and trust your companions..besides when the govt dont know about it,will keep us safe right?   cnmtidalgo@yahoo.com here
