Hi All,

We had a huge storm here on Long Island, Southampton. The ocean went wild and cut a 6 to 7 foot wall on parts of the beach. Will be detecting those areas for the heck it when the ocean calms down. Will let you know if anything of value is found. 25 years ago we had a storm that exposed bog and wagon wheel tracks on the beach. It was very interesting. Also we have some cars from the 30's through the 50's buried in some of the dunes. Every so often a major storm will expose parts of them.

Bob

Bob, you got to hit that beach right after any storm. I am stationed in Japan. I took my wife out on the beach after one and she was finding coins every 20 feet or so. They were mostly near the high tide waterline. I can't wait for another storm! Good luck!!! John
