If you have found jewlery or watches that don't appear to have been
lost for long (e.g. minimal corrosion or modern style) have you tried to
find the owner, advertised in lost and found, or similar?

i stick by my rule,if i'm asked to find something,i return it.if i see someone drop something(wallet,purse or such)i return it.if i find something in the ground or in the water..........its mine
