But this site has only the new manuals. Hopefully someone will have one.

Edric there is no web site with the vintage manuals that we have been able to find. But several members have had good luck emailing BH. Their tect department are a helpful bunch just a little slow getting back to you.

I'm glad to hear Ed is answering his e-mail  Smiley  I've been sending people to that site even though it has been "under construction" for a long time with no visible changes over the last year.

He answered my email within the same day, within a few hours.
the unit came in today. great shape. except the missing battery door. I was hoping the battery pack came with it, it didn't, so now I need to asked this question, does it take a 12 volts or 9 volt pack? the less expensive version, Bounty I, and II takes a 12. Its working with a 9 volt battery, but that doesn't mean anything. Way different than my tesoro
I decided to go with the 12 volt, 8 AA pack. The opening of the unit has a cradle to hold a battery pack, and wouldn't you know it, the 12 volt fits perfectly.
