homefire, another 5in. of snow here in jackson,wy again today.....makes me think of the ranchette i have on the road to rockround st.park. i have never been there, but after 39 yrs here in wy. i wonder how the winters in deming are and has that area ever been developed much near rockhound. i just keep paying taxes on it every year. i sure could use a warmer place in the winter. is it a place to retire to deming?

If you have a outside income you can make a go of it here.

No Jobs to speak of.

Do you have two ranchets side by side?

The ones I'm thinking about, you can't put a Well and a Septic on the 1/4 size lots.

Yea, there are a pile more houses out there then when I got here in the 90's..

its a 1/4  lot. off florida road take a right on chaparral rd. 3rd lot from the corner on the right side. tax bill says unit 1 block 5 tract 35. so a guy can't build on 1 lot. can you drive a camper on it and stay a while, a month or two during winter?
