I saw a bottle that was 50 years old in South Africa and was being sold for R12,000 $1,200 if I recall correctly, can't remember what brand it was though.

The only reason I stopped buying them was because a ten year old bottle will only ever be 10 year old because once it is bottled it stops the aging process and I didn't know that when I was buying them, so no matter if a 10 year old is 200 years old when bottled it will always be A 10 year old just a very old 10 year old,

Homie would make a good candidate for a video, we could take him out in the desert and see how long he can keep going without any water and two bottles of whiskey  Cheesy

Flame test mine.   If it will make a Blue Flame in a spoon of the stuff, it's 100 proof.

If the flame is clear, Do Not Drink it.  It has Methanol in it and will hurt you real good.

Any Fruits are good.  I made some Rocket fuel out of Cactus Fruit that not only tasted like drinking a Wire Brush but taste a bit like Raspberries.

If I double distil I can get it up to 190 or so proof.
