I think that I'll stick with the trap idea it's definitely is more subtle way of getting rid of this mole and lets face it the little guy also has a right to live and go about his business BUT NOT IN MY GARDEN Grin

Barbequed mole, not sure that will catch on even down south. Just takes too many to make a meal Grin

Never heard of crayfish ball's know how hard it is to get a mess of them

You could always take some pipe and pump some heavy bass thumper music down there for a few hours, that will get em Grin

People sure do eat some strange stuff Seldom, a person could probably starve while trying to eat enough crawdads to get full Grin

Can't see how your average mole is going to be much smaller than your average squirrel and I know squirrel is good eating (if a bit on the greasy side)

BB mole nah I don't think so mind you I've eaten snake (Cobra) but moles are a bit like pigeons nothing on them

The ones I used to tussel with in Oregon were pretty small, maybe half the size of a gopher. I know you had to use a mole trap to catch em as they could slip through a gopher trap. Of course there could be other sizes and types around the world.
