There is a website with some free basic help you might check out. Doesn't look like they cover anything in Australia, but you might find another site for your specific lottery, I don't know.

Hello Lottery Number Analysts !!!! Quite a few Lottery wheeling systems [software] is out there . Most do not work , but a small few really do increase the odds by generating picks from the recording of random patterns , Pairs , Triples or even use hot repeating numbers . I do not like to buy quick-picks unless I am in a hurry .
Otherwise I check the lottery websites that log the numbers everyday . And then I fill out a lottery slip when I play usually only [wed. and Sat.].

I do believe there is a "Random Pattern" in some states of the U.S. that use the old fashion "Bingo type lottery selector " . To win off the quick-pick is hard , you have to buy at just the right time and also at the right place !!

I have won some good chunks of change but not the big Jackpot , YET !!!     Idea   Wise

Not a crazy subject , numbers do repeat and many people pick their own numbers !!

I do not go to Casino's so this is a cool subject , Thanks for posting . And yes I have also read Gail Howard's book a few years back .

HH and HlottoH............Eugene

I'm curious. Which system do you think is the best? I know Gail Howard's is good. I got the Lotto Buster a while back. They don't have any strategies at all. Gail's book really explains things.

Hey all nice to hear about your different ideas. I got really close to the big one once. Picking my numbers
perhaps it was lotto dowsing  Wink I can still remember that day picking the numbers, and that was a few years ago now

A little about lotto wheels. If you aren't familiar with them, a wheel is where you take several numbers and play all of them in different combinations. Some of these lotto sites have fre wheels you can just enter your numbers--like eleven numbers in a pick five game to play five different combinations. I have some software that will figure the wheel combinations so I decided to see what happens when I entered all the five winning numbers and a several others. What I found was even with all five winning numbers you barely break even many times. The more numbers you pick, the weaker it is. The wheels where you pick one key number that is used in every combination will pay out a lot more wins but the key number has to be a winning number. Typically with the lotto picking software, if you take there top twenty numbers you get three or four wnning nunbers in that group. That is not enough to make any money. So I think the way to do it is dowse for the key number. One wheel uses three key numbers. On a pick five game if you miss all three you are guaranteed to lose. I know. LOL With one key number, if you miss it you still have a chance to win something.

I told my daughter, the best way to make money on the lotto, was to play numbers that I don't.  We went to the store, she picked her numbers making sure she used none of mine, and wouldn't you know...she wins $150.00

That's a good win too bad there weren't more zeros. I should look at doing that it might be more productive than my detecting.

This thread is about dowsing for lotto numbers. If you want to dowse for lotto numbers it is a good idea to learn how to pick them in the first place then you can use that info to narrow down your choices and then do your dowsing. I like the Gail Howard book. I've tried a few different wheels and had some small prizes. I used one wheel in her book where you pick three key numbers and then the remaining numbers from the entire pool of 39 (or you can cut these down if the game you play has less numbers) are used to make 17 plays. The game I play has two plays for a dollar so that comes out to nine dollars each time I play. The thing is with three key numbers on a pick 5 game if you miss all three you are guaranteed to lose every play. That's where the dowsing comes in to pick the key numbers AFTER you have narrowed down the choices.

Now since this thread was moved out of the dowsing page I will add something here for non-dowsers. If you are brave (or foolish) you can play the same wheel several times only using different key numbers each time. That way you hopefully will hit on one wheel. Of course this costs more money so you might try to get a pool started.
