Is this the best way to start a post, or should I go to a particular subject to start posting. Or a better question would be, have I made enough posts to be legally elgible to particpate on this forum yet?

You can post anywhere with o post Full membership gets you into the download area and thats about it. And yes go to the board about you subject and start your thread if its not in the right place no worry's someone will move it. Just have fun

Legally? All that's ever been required is to register using a valid e-mail address.
