I moved your post from Chit Chat to a more appropriate board where it is more likely to get answered. In fact if you scan the previous posts on this board, you may find the answer you are looking for.
By the way, you say you've tried almost everything to clean them, but you haven't said what you have tried. If you could elaborate, that would help our members keep from suggesting ideas you have already tried. One thing you definitely want to do is separate the copper/zinc pennies from the rest of the coins. Most of the folks here tumble their coins or use electrolysis---both of which are covered in previous posts.
