It is on a CD. I am not sure what program you need to read it on your Kobo E-reader. Here is what is on Read Me doc.
README.TXT
To read this electronic version of "Jesse James Was One of His Names", simply click (or double click) on
the chapter file you wish to read. The chapter will open in a special "Viewer" program which will allow you
to read the text as if you were reading a book. You will find buttons to zoom in or out to resize the page on
your screen, buttons to move from page to page. You can print a page or a chapter if you wish. Please
respect the copyright laws and do not make copies for distribution to others. It is against the law.
This electronic book was scanned from a well used copy and it contains occasional marginal notes and
underlines placed there by a previous owner. Neither the Estate of Del Schrader nor Mr. L. K. Shick place
any particular significance to these markings.
Also included on this CD are copies of the edited pages prepared by Del Schrader in preparation for a
second edition. The second edition was never published, however. There is a photo of the Author that
was destined for the dust jacket for the second edition and a copy of an autographed inscription by Del to
Jon.
It has been my distinct pleasure to produce this electronic version of this rather scarce book so its
controversial contents my be read and interpreted by a new generation of treasure seekers and Jesse
James researchers. I am grateful to Jon Schrader, son of the late Del Schrader for his enthusiastic
support of this project and for allowing me to pursue it.
