Wow, Megalodon my hat's off to you!  How deep? and how many average do you pick up per dive?  Around here they are at 100 ft and I average 3 teeth per 20 min of bottom time.

these teeth from New-Caledonia are not found by diving because they are too deep. I actually dredge them from deep water at depths going from -400m down to -500m. Good quality ones are very rare and even if I can keep about 100 teeth a day, only about a third are really collectors grade and worth $$$. Large ones ( 5inch up ) and good quality ones are super rare and I usually keep them all for my own collection.

I can trade some of these best ones but only against nice and large teeth to improve my own collection.

Cool Mike,  I use both techiniques myself.  Who'd you go out with from Caro Beach?  I'm itching to get out this summer!

Yep, the Hawksbill is the ship I use when I dive outta of Carolina Beach.  They're known for the good quality teeth that come out of that area.  I've dove out of TopSail a bunch last year and the teeth were a little more rough on the North reef.
