Hello Luc

I must need to get my eyes checked.  Cheesy Thank you for the interesting post.

I suspect some of the pyramids mentioned in the article were result of the influences on French soldiers and officers who saw the real Pyramids of Egypt when Napoleon invaded Egypt. Later these influences were taken in by the Masons and you can still see these influence today in their symbols.

And of course some of these temples were built over much earlier temples, perhaps with Templar connection or even earlier Roman and pagan connections.

Interesting stuff.

Hello HardLuck,

it is sure that some pyramids were built after the return of the Egypt campaign  of Napol?on, but often on an ancient place of worship.

It must be remembered that the Catholic church has done the same for building many church and chapel, in fact to evangelize people, these buildings were often built over or adjacent to former site pagan cults such as springs, lakes and ponds, caves ... etc.
