and saw a few You-tube vids of them in use on the snad, seemed to work well with some unique adjustments.

Cheers,

I use mine alot in volleyball areas and if the soil is wet or even damp it will go crazy with false readings. I have to reduce the sensitivity down to 2 or 3 notches to make it stable. I just purchased a 11x14 accellerator coil and wamt to see what it can do.

I've used the 10x14 DD coil for a couple of weeks now and really like it. I took out the F2 and went over an area then went over it with the Ace 250 with the 10x14 and found 15 coins that I missed withthe F2. In all fairness the F2 only has the 8" coil but still does great. The DD coil picked up a small piece of a aluminum can about the size of a dime at 9" deep. It is a great coil and after learning to pinpoint with it and was well worth the $99 sale price at Kellyco. Now I want a DD for the Fisher F2 but the Excellerator is not available yet but I will be waiting. This coil air tests quarters at 12" or more with good ID. I will post more after a few more hunts.......HH Warren Detecting
