Rescaling the Minelab Meter for the Sunray "180" Scale
Description:

This is a writeup that I did back in 2002 when I was interested in rescaling the Minelab Sovereign meters on my two detectors for the Sunray "180" meter scaling. I have since found this much more user friendly than the original 500+ scaling of the Minelab meter. I am able to easily recognize a copper penny from a clad penny, a silver (or clad silver) coin from other coins, and a nickel from other coins just using the meter. I will accompany this download with the latest schematic of the rescaling for those with the original Minelab meters that may wish to "improve" the scaling.
