Hello,

I have question about EPE magazine  magnetometer.
I have build ROV and now i want to build this epe magnetometer for shipwrecks.

Do you have some advice, scans of your using this epe mag, what is sensitivity,...
There is a lot post about this, but I didnt find , that some guy presents the real results, post some screen prints,...photos...

I have read something about direction when you make scans with this mag but I dont realy understand...must this mag always be oriented in the same direction according to North?

Example:
If I scan square area, I start forward ( lets say I walk/swim to North) , at the end of "square" I move to the right and then go back paralel to first line.
Must sensor still be  oriented to North ? Only my body is turning to South , but sensor still must be oriented at North?

I hope you understand what I am asking Smiley

Thank you very much for your answer.

Regards,
Joze
