Delamuerte, I have had good results in saving the maps in much larger sizes as .gif files. I have some maps here on Thunting that measure 30x30 inches printed out that are under the 500 byte size limit and of very good detail. The .jpg file format was designed for photos and is not the best to use for maps or simple but huge drawings. Give it a try and see how it goes.

I'm sure you'll get all of them...even if it's France...
These are the first french maps...reviewed later by Napol?on with "cartes d'Etat Major"
