Hello Godfather1

I do not know what it is. But I can tell you what its not.

Not Egyptian.
Latin
Coptic
Cyrillic
Greek
Phoenician alphabet
Aramaic alphabet
Cuneiform script
Dalecarlian runes (16th to 19th c.),
Medieval runes (12th to 15th c.)
Younger Futhark (9th to 11th c.)
"Marcomannic runes" (8th to 9th c.)
Anglo-Frisian runes (5th to 11th c.)
Elder Futhark (2nd to 8th c.)

Perhaps it is worth you trying to find a version of Hittite cuneiform to see if it matches?

A picture of the actual carving would be better.

Hardluck
