These are two rock markers almost exclusively using the Vee as a pointer, replacing an arrow . They are pointing to different sites up against a beach cliff frontage.
Also a third pic shows a cliff front typical of the type of  frontage hiding treasures.
This frontage has indicators for 9 caches which include several turtlebacks who are using their heads to point to where to dig.

If the beach cliff had a marker good enough to mark on a map to find a century later and deep water to run a longboat to shore, with at least a yard or two of sand at most high tides , you can bet your bottom dollar that there is probably Jesuit treasure buried inland at sea level and probably on the cliff top as well.

You will notice that all the rock markers have companion rocks as part of the codes. The companion rocks are always crowding and pointing to the marker rocks.
The beach front photo has three varieties of rocks pretending to be oozing out of the cliff. They were all dumped there by the Jesuits hundreds of years ago.

Last photo taken in USA of common Jesuit veed pointer. Note it is also pointing uphill and has a huge companion rock so you dont miss the marker.

Very interesting description and pictures.  It's amazing how such an item could lay there virtually unnoticed by most people.  Very enlightening information.

Can you help to see if I understand you correctly.

When tracking Jesuits:

Image 280033 the V pointer is telling you to go in the direction of the point /
or you are traveling from  1 to 5 on a clockl

Image7160013 the V pointer is telling you to go from 3 to 9 on the clock

Image 011 is telling you to go from 6 ( the ocean ) to 11 on the clock

Image 230027 is telling you twice to go from 5 to 10 on the clock

Image 20032 at the "eye" tells you to go from 10 to 3 or 4

Image 280033 tells you to go from 11 to 5

Image 280036 the birds beak tells you to go from 1 or 2 to 7

Borwn stone --no number tells you to travel to the right

Am I understanding this correctly Max?

Barton

Hi Barton, You follow the widening out end. Anything arrowlike in jesuit sign language is always the opposite. Max
