I've seen a few Poodle monuments out in the deserts of Arizona and they all have been The Sentinel type, with the dog sitting at attention.  His eyes or nose a message to follow in that direction.  But this pic doesn't look like a Poodle.  It is probably an animal pointer to tell us that the Animal Trail is in the direction his nose is pointing.

Rattle snake joe, I actually found this in a Northern Arizona desert, and it was upside down they often did this to try to disguise them most of the time. I actually found another one by an oro that was clearly done by the same artist. Im sure its a poodle they often are found in treasure yards like where this one was found.

I love these kinds of finds. It appears as a horse to me. But either way, different angles and light effect what you see. As stated before, there appears to be more signs in just the obvious. Have you found anything else to make you believe its a true sign?

Yes Casca , since you asked I'll reveal this the poodle/horse is right next to the Big symbol, and yes I did Invert the original picture I posted of the poodle! "nice catch spainard" you can see it on the ground! I believe the big symbol used to point right to it but oddly its cracked right through the middle long ways and has sunk down a little so it doesnt line up perfectly I believe it used to though!

Posted on: March 28, 2011, 11:12:40 AM
This is strange crack going all the way through the middle of the rock the big symbol carved on! The symbol is on the front of the right half in this picture! The poodle is down on the ground by my left foot in relation to where I took the picture.Does anyone else think this is strange?
