Hello,
I joined quite some time ago, and have been perfecting my infrastructure so that I can go Gold Prospecting. Now I am getting close and would like to know what kind of Metal Detector is best for finding Placer Gold deposits in both land and streams.  Also is this metal detector good for finding Meteorites? Thanks, for your help and expertise. Mountain Man

Both Placer and Nuggetts, I am starting my excursions in the Eastern USA, i.e. Ga, NC, SC for starters. So the gold could be nuggets down to Flour Gold.
