Good morning to all,

I congratulate the managers of this interesting site, I want to know your impressions on metal detectors LORENZ DEEPMAX X6,(with data logger), I read that many consider him the best PI detectors.
Thank you all for the answers.

I would not buy it. Way over priced and I am not in favor of the manufacturers support either. If you have allready a good PI machine like the TB Electronics Pulse Star II I would stick with it.

Regards,

Christian

Hello Christian,
I am aware of the very high cost of lorenz, but I need to see the scans of the ground for the research I am doing, are unable to use a GPR (because of the clay soil), and thought it was a good alternative  the lorenz deepmax X6...

No, the detector will not really offer you a scan of the ground. Your pulse start will just do about the same - and you could use the Arc Geo Logger with it for getting graphacial images of what it does detect.

Regards

hello, Purchased the Lorenz deepmax X6, in the coming days we'll let you know how it works,I can still say that the assembly and components are very good, much better than the pulse star II.
