Hi bcloud and welcome to the forum from Melbourne Australia.
You have a very impressive collection of MD’s there.
If you had to choose between the V3 and CTX3030 which way would you go?

Hi bcloud and hello from Connecticut. What is the green detector with the curved handle in the 1st picture?  Looks familiar.

At the present time I am really impressed with the CTX 3030 for working areas that others had tried. Found some clad coins this last weekend after receiving the detector. Easy to turn on and go with pre-loaded programs. Punched through the trash and brought out the finds.

Are you sure? I believe he was asking about the one standing up in the first photo. That looks to me like a Minelab Excalibur.

I actually IDed the wrong pic. Was referring to pic #2, so the Compass was correct. Bcloud must have ESP as he knew the one I was thinking about. <grin>  Was that machine like the Red Baron RB7, where you had to swing it like a weed wacker??
