Rick, Well if you like it why don't you run with it. The Idea is yours, look up and see it it has been patented yet and if not put one together. Getting something patented isn't that difficult. Sometimes owning a patent on something that you can't sell becomes profitable in the future when it conflicts with someone else's idea.
