Unfortunately I have neither the skill nor patience to build one, or even a workshop.
My organ was built by a professional organ builder to order.
It is based on a German street organ from 1895,
although my  organ is only 14 years old it works exactly the same as the original.
Hand cranked and the music is stored on paper rolls.

The organ has had a makeover since the first pic,  Great
It now has two cherubs on the front at either side of the pipes,
and has victorian decoupage on the sides of the organ.
