Go Up Go Down

Hello I am in the South East of the UK and planning some metal detecting trips to the beach, sadly at the present time I am going through some nasty cancer treatment and it is not the first time, so although I am home most of the time I am not too well, but I am looking forward to having some control over my illness when the radiotherapy ends next week, then my life will be filled with hospital check ups and scans to see if the tumor is stable?  Anyway the plan is to get a detector and just wander the beach along the East Coast of Yorkshire to see what can be found and also to get me out and include some exercise. I bought a used scoop, ordered a waist bag with pouches, a digging trowel and sheath, I bought a new Xpointer and I am waiting for a used Teknetics Delta 4000 with 11" coil to arrive. I do have a C.Scope CS220 which works to a degree but it is long in the tooth, but it is a spare for occasional use. I have my Crown estates permit for the beach and the code of conduct etc. I just need to get away from the Doctors and enjoy what I can, while I can. I would appreciate any advice about areas to look at and what to avoid regarding interest and permissions. Thanks for reading this, I wish you well, with a hope that you live longer than me. Kenny444
