Actually most of my weekends away from campus were spent staying with the families of classmates and/or girlfriends that lived in the Katy, Sugarland, Bellaire quadrant since my own family was in Germany at the time. I still remember the real Sugarland express going down in 1969 while I was in San Antonio and then the filming of the movie while I was at A&M.
