Hi all, my name is Dan. I am looking at a Compass Yukon 77B detector. The guy wants $75.00 for it. It has two heads, a large one and a small one. It's in a large hard case. I know nothing about detectors, but want to learn. Is this a reasonable price.

Hi Dan that's a very good price if it works bet you could use it a few months and resale for a profit.

Hello, danlee.

Welcome from Arizona.   Compass made some very good machines and the 77B is included among them.
That being said, you're talking about buying a 30 year old machine.   As long as it is in good working order you'll find some nice stuff with it.   But if it has problems, you're going to have a heck of a time getting it serviced unless it's something you feel capable of doing yourself.
