Lots of people claim to know about treasure codes of all kinds---Japanese or otherwise (some claim they're all the same codes based on Templar or Masonic or Illuminati secrets). And you'll find a lot of the "experts" quoting from the same sources (who may or may not know what they're talking about).
My best advice is proceed with caution and question what the "experts" tell you----they may be right and they may be wrong.
