Just wanted to say hi. I'm not much of a joiner, but found this site to be truly helpful, so I wanted to join in the fun. bought a Garrett adsIII at a garage sale. hunting about a week, nothing but clad and blisters but enough to keep me in batteries. Poptop!

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! Already thinking about an ace 250, but I suppose that is because I havent really tuned this thing right (adsIII deepseeker). I can hear the difference between trash aluminum and coins all right, but I have a hard time walking away. Additionally this thing goes deeper than I have the heart to dig, 8+ inches, and I have visions of silver coins that I am walking away from. Any tips?
