mk there is nothing left to find in Florida so don't waste your time. Ok I am full of it just messing with you and
 WELCOME FROM GALVESTON ISLAND.

What kind of hunting do you want to get into beach,water, relic???
If you read though the threads here you can find tons of info about detectors that will help you decide which is best for you.
Good Luck and hope to see you posting ton's of finds soon.
