Hello everyone my name is Joe I live in denton county I'm new to the hobby although I bought my first detector in "81" I didn't use it long enough to learn anything, it hung in my barn for the last 31 years. I'm retired now, got the 5 kids as grown as possible got out the old Garrett p.b. groundhog and it still works. I've got the bug again so I bought a new Ace 250 in February thought maybe I
wouldn't have to dig so many holes. I haven't accomplished that yet but I'm giving it all my old arms will allow. If anyone in my area needs someone to hunt with and maybe swap a few lies send me a PM

 Hello &  Welcome to the forum Joe from S.E.Ks.  Shake Hand. Detecting has come, gone and back a few times in my life as well but this time I really got into it and found this site where there are many members  Laola Laola willing to help in anyway they can if one just asks. I found with the newer detectors available today the tech. is so much greater, makes me feel like I cannot fail in finding something great. All you need now is good weather.
