Welcome from Arizona. 

  I split your post from the original topic as that was about HOW to find and develop leads.   I nearly put this in the board we have that specifically discusses Tennessee (which you should check.....go to the home page and scroll down to the bottom), but decided that since this was your first post, I'd move it here to the New User's Introduction, thus killing two birds with one stone (letting all of our members have the opportunity to say howdy AND giving your request the maximum exposure possible)
