 Detecting newbie here,Got a Bounty Hunter Pioneer 505 for $300 at wal mart in 2005,then got the same one on craigslist for $75. Any thoughts about the Bounty Hunter line? Only thing I can aford right now and enjoying it,afterall,fun is what its all about!

BH is a good beginners detector if you do a search [top right] you will find loads of info about BH

hey, pitt......the principles you learn with the Bounty Hunter you'll be able to carry on over to other detectors when and if you ever decide to upgrade (hopefully with funds you found with the BH).
