Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum but not to metal detecting.  My first machine was a garrett then a cz that was never returned to me and now I have an etrac for about two weeks now.  stopped MD several years ago and decided to have it a go again.  Hope to post some finds when I get to know the minelab a little better.

Hello Kenzie,

Welcome aboard & your gonna enjoy this forum, it has a huge variety of interesting sub forums with awesome topical info! I just got back into the hobby & sport myself after years away from it.

Thank you all for a warm welcome.  I had the etrac out for an hour today on the beach and found 83 cents in the dry sand and two screw on bottle caps.  Definately learned a little more about the machine and its use.  Also had some hits deep in the wet sand (read in the silver range) but due to surgery could not dig them at this time.  Hope to go after them in the near future.

Welcome kenzie1 from Utah! Congrats on your finds. If you have a couple minutes - go to your profile settings, and update the Avatar picture with something. It doesn't have to be an actual picture of you, just anything is fine.  Have fun with it! Just like Karl and home.
