well yes i am a nutter Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy,luckly my days with the cartels are over,we're staying at an Apple vacation place.we don't plan on leaving the compound for any excursions.the violence seems to be with the waring drug cartels with innocents getting hurt in the crossfire.haven't heard anything about anything bad happening in the actual resorts........thanks for the warning

I wouldn't be too worried about the cartels where you're going.......once you get past the border regions at both ends of the country things apparently calm down quite a bit (at least outside of Mexico City itself)
