Well I am going to Assume u found this in Denmark ! Cause u know that's where u are from !

The whistle i would guess came from a Sailor as well as the snuff bowl. Just a Guess.

It could found in England Holland Belgium Russia France or Denmark,my uncle who found it isn't around anymore so i can only guess !
I know that officers in the German army used whistles to .

Bigwin its hard enough to id things when we know where they were found at least then we can date the site and narrow the possibles. Also the lock you posted and the whistle and i am sure other things you have ask for id help all have marks somewhere on them. You need to clean them up some and find the marks so we can help. At least three of our regular folks that help with ID's have not answered your post because nobody wants to guess at an answer, you really need to provide more info or we are not going to be of much help.

OK seldom ,i hear you loud and clear!
The lock doesn't have any other marks than the one you can see in the picture,the whistle have some marking but it's very hard to read something like T.hzcok(or x) patent ,this "information" is probably more confusing than to any help!
