Frankly, you haven't told us what you are doing. Are you designing a new circuit? Have you built one of these and it won't work? There are just too many possibilities at this point. I have read all of your posts and seen all of your questions, mate. You just are not making any sense at all.

Start over. Tell us what is wrong.

what happened hamed ghorvani, why the circuit is not functioning perhaps so many members who build the circuit and it was successful. and why making proteus board that it has a pdf file that could be directly printed easily. just don't make simple things into difficult one.

ram,

I haven't designing new circuit,I built it,if u read all post,u must see my board
I built it,and I have problem at mc34063,I try to resolved it,because I think my board have problem, finally I built it at proteus
at first, see schematic plz,at V+,we must have 9V,for input of 7805,but when I load 2 or 3 led at output of 7805,input of 7805 drop down to 4V
It is my problem, voltage drop down at input 7805 or V+

To test this device, put your negative meter lead on the ground of the chip, not the circuit ground or battery negative. Check the input and output voltages against that reference first. See what you get for a reading on all points.

hi hamed_ you are reading open cct. voltage when connecting the regulator as the reference now is not
known but before connecting you are reading the voltage across the cap. C1 AS GD stated you have no reference and as of sck. you have shown you have 24v or 2 by 12v batteries!!!
