hi raff33

   that i finished until now---

1-all capacetanc (see up reply about capacetor),c15,c17 Ceramic.(only)

2-all resetanc special r23,24,25,26 =4.7k exact value  ,r1=470k,r6=1k.   r5=680/1w  depend on coil

  diametar--->bigger---->bigger r5---->max=2.2k

 that mean r5=680 easy to you use small diam. coil

3-follow the  schematic   ver 6 as eugene say until the project work and improve any you see

4-until now i cant get p6= 100 ohm, d4=lf357,d5=tl062 i think use replacement,  and i dont use stth1210d ,r50,r51 until work

5- i have a panel with metar   , i start a panel with lcd,i finish.

6- i use c1815=bc456  , a1015=bc557

thats all i do , what the progres and what result you get Huh?

best time

j.

hi japanese,
for me :
p6= 1k , d4=tl071 ,d5=tl072 , d6=tl072 ,d7=tl072 ,T1=irf840 ,
with 40cm diameter it detect a canet koka(330ml) at 60cm ; a coin (3cm) at 30cm ; iron plat 40cm*25cm at 140cm ;but i remarque that DP has poor detection for gold..... a coin (2.5cm) at 18cm.
- with 1m*1m coil it detect a canet koka(330ml) at 110cm ; iron plat 40cm*25cm at 2m no more , i test with other big iron plat 1m*60cm the same result   Angry and it is not stable Shocked  i don't now where is the probleme...............
regards...........raff33

hi raff33
        good work,good aperance, you want to get full performance.
        there is no problem in your project :-

        1-the test in home with small coil eg.40cm,24turn,0.5mm , r5=680/1w it seem in your board

        r5=1.5k ,1.5k-->2.2k work good with 1mx1m or 2mx2m

        2-the reading you get not bad not good in between with 40cm coil,1mx1m

        3- if can use 2mx2m you get new reading + chang 1.5k-->2.2k !! (out home)

        4-try to chang tl071-->tl081, tl072-->tl082 , chang (1.5nf x3) and 47nf by another myler .

          remark: i use tl062-->tl082 in ps-bg it is good.

        5-what the data of your coils are used 40cm,1mx1m ....... if it your problem?

        6-the deep=once,1.5 coil diametar (with good board +good coil).

        7-tray to adjast p1 to p6 very good

        8-battary 12v,2.5a or up.

   nice work,nice time

j.

hi japanese,
-coil 40cm diameter ;cable ADSL (8*0.50mm) ; 24 tr ;  resistance (3ohms) without shielded cable.
-coil 1m*1m ; wire (0.50mm) ; 13 tr ;  resistance (3.5 ohms) without shielded cable.

Hello Raff33 . The coil specs are ok . But I see big problem , in your fuzzy photo it looks like you are using all 5% tolerance resistors ? That is not good . And make sure the capacitance values are correct .

It sounds like you are close to finishing your project , Great Work !!!

Best Regards.............Eugene

hi raff33

       r23,24,25,26 =4.7k tolerance 0.1%  exact value , 4.7k=4700 (+ or- 4.7ohm) ,now measuare any 4.7k if read 4.6k you can ad 100 ohm

       the total 2 resestance =4600+100=4.7k
                              =4650+50 =4.7k
                              =4570+20 =4.7k
            tolerance .1%= + or - 4.7ohm
